Stefan Teodosic has worked for over 25 years designing strategies, managing cultural change, working with leaders and building teams. Most recently, he served as the Executive Director of Beber Camp, Perlman Camp and the Perlman Retreat Center. Before his move to the nonprofit world, Stefan spent several years working in strategic financial services at American Express. He has deep experience in nonprofit consulting and executive coaching, as well as facilitating groups of professional and lay leaders.
He has worked with numerous nonprofit organizations including Federations, foundations, day schools, summer camps, social services, educational + arts organizations, as well as many others. Stefan currently serves as a board member at Moishe House and is a Professor of Management at Spertus and Hebrew Union College, as well as Communications at Gratz College. He has a B.A. in Economics/B.A. in Spanish from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. with a strategy focus.
Stefan is at his best when he is helping people help people. He passionately believes that every project is about engaging/empowering the right stakeholders and building trusting relationships. With this foundation firmly in place, he facilitates a values driven process and delivers actionable plans that are owned by the organization. Delighting clients is what Stefan does best, by understanding needs, meeting them in the most positive way and exceeding expectations.
